Our Selection Process
Every student deserves an Educator who is not only knowledgeable but also passionate, professional, and capable of inspiring growth and confidence. Our selection process includes:

Screening: All tutors undergo a comprehensive application process, which includes an in-depth review of their qualifications, experience, and teaching philosophy.

Interviews & Assessments: Candidates are carefully interviewed to evaluate their subject expertise and communication skills. Throughout this process, assessments will be held to attain a deeper understanding of the Educator’s analytical, observational, and interpersonal skills.

Background Checks: As part of our commitment to safety and trust, all applicants undergo thorough background checks to verify their professional history and ensure they meet the relevant requirements.

Induction into Ziv Learning
Once an Educator has passed our selection process, they are introduced to our company through a comprehensive induction program, which includes onboarding sessions to familiarise themselves with our values, teaching methods, and safeguarding protocols; team introductions to foster community and support; and a review of resources to ensure they can effectively guide our learners using our provisions.

Continuous Training
Throughout an Educator’s time with us at Ziv, we offer training and support to aid their professional development. We believe secure, confident Educators build secure, confident learners so we prioritise the rediscovery of information and tools pertaining to that Educator’s area of expertise. We also have infrastructure in place which can help to promote consistency company-wide including frequent reviews of performance, sessions, and parental feedback. Group check-ins are also offered, where members of our team are able to share experiences, ideas, and solutions.
